| NOTE #1: This vehicle is equipped with a Special Anti-theft key, to remote start you will need a
Bypass module 791,(use this module IF you have a extra ignition key to place inside
the 791 to remote start, if you do not have an extra key to use or wish not to have a
key placed inside this bypass module, we OFFER a KEYLESS INTERFACE BYPASS
MODULE that does not require a key to be placed inside the bypass modlue, this is
Part # PKALL or PKFM, either one will work, to order, go to the INTERFACE BYPASS
MODULE PAGE on this website.
NOTE #2: On some vehicle with FACTORY ALARM or KEYLESS ENTRY, after the vehicle sets for a
few minutes, if you cannot UNLOCK the door with the AFTERMARKET remote control it
will be necessary to WAKE UP the GEM Module. See DIAGRAM under DOOR UNLOCK,
GEM WAKE UP DIAGRAM. IF the vehicle DOES NOT HAVE a FACTORY KEYLESS ENTRY
or FACTORY ALARM it is a TYPE C Door Locking System, WITH KEYLESS ENTRY,
TYPE B (-).
NOTE #3: This vehicle has several door trigger wires, the DRIVERS DOOR is a YELLOW/BLACK
(-) in the DRIVERS DOOR HARNESS, the REAR DRIVERS DOOR is a LIGHT
GREEN/YELLOW (-) in the DRIVERS KICK PANEL, the PASSENGERS DOOR is a
GREY/RED (-) and the PASSENGERS REAR DOOR is a PINK/LIGHT BLUE (-) both are
located in the PASSENGERS KICK PANEL. When connecting to an Alarm System use
all 4 and DIODE ISOLATE. to connect, See DIAGRAM.
NOTE #4: The PCM (Power Control Module) is located at the TOP of the FIREWALL towards
the PASSENGER side. You can also use any wire at the COIL PACK with a TAN STRIPE.
