NOTE #2: THE BECU (Body Electronic Control Unit) IS ATTACHED TO THE BACK OF THE FUSE BOX, UNDER THE DRIVERS SIDEDASH. NOTE #3: THE LOCK AND UNLOCK WIRES WILL ONLY TEST WHEN TURNING THE KEY IN THE DRIVERS DOOR KEY CYLINDER. NOTE #4: DRIVER DOOR TRIGGER IS RED/GREEN(-) AT THE BECU, BOTTOM PLUG, PIN 1 PASSENGER DOOR TRIGGER IS RED/GREEN(-) AT THE BECU, TOP PLUG, PIN 11. REAR DOOR TRIGGERS ARE A RED/WHITE(-) AT THE BECU, BOTTOM OF THE FUESBOX 20-PIN PLUG PIN 7. WHEN CONNECTING TO AN ALARM SYSTEM, USE ALL 3 DOOR TRIGGER WIRES AND DIODE ISOLATE, TO CONNECT, SEE DIAGRAM. NOTE #5: ON THE 2.4L ENGINE, THE TACH WIRE IS AT THE DATA LINK CONNECTOR UNDER THE DRIVER SIDE DASH . ON THE 3.0L ENGINE, THE TACH WIRE IS AT THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE BEHIND THE GLOVEBOX, 31-PIN PLUG, PIN 5. NOTE #6: this vehicle uses 2 STARTER/CRANK wires, when connecting to a Remote Starter you must connect BOTH STARTER/CRANK wires to the STARTER/CRANK wire from the Remote Starter. When installing a T-HARNESS you must make these connects in the T-HARNESS to remote start. NOTE #7: The (-) Negative Parking Light wire at the HEADLIGHT Switch is a RED (-) on most vehicles, on some you may need to located a GREEN/RED (-) at this switch. |
