NOTE *1 this vehicle uses a 1-Wire Door Locking System, the Lock is a (-) Negative and the Unlock is a (-) Negative thru a Resistor, you will need to meter this wire while turning the key in the Drivers door Key cylinder to get the Resistor value. NOTE *2 the DRIVERS DOOR is a GREY/RED (-) the PASSENGER DOOR is a GREY/BLACK (-) the DRIVERS REAR DOOR is a GREY/PURPLE (-) and the PASSENGER REAR DOOR is a GREY/BLACK (-) when connecting to an Alarm System use all 4 wires and diode isolate See DIAGRAM. NOTE *3 the SAM (Signal Acquisition and Actuation Module) is attached to the REAR FUSE/RELAY Module in the Connector 3. NOTE *4 the TRANSPONDER SYSTEM works only with vehicles that use the SWITCHBLADE KEY. If vehicle is equipped with the SMART KEY the transponder bypass will not work. |
