| NOTE #1: This vehicle May Be Equipped with KIA'S TRANSPONDER ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM,
check the OWNERS MANUAL for this vehcile or contact your HYUNDAI Dealer to see if
the vehicle has a Special programmed Ignition Key, if it does, then for REMOTE
STARTING you will need the 791 BYPASS Module and an Extra Ignition key.

NOTE #2: on Vehicles with SMART KEY, this wire is located in the FRONT DRIVERS SIDE of the
CENTER CONSOLE, (10-PIN PLUG), PIN 1
NOTE #3: on Vehicles with SMART KEY, this wire is a RED (+), located at the DASH FUSE BOX,
(REAR BLACK, 56-PIN PLUG), PIN 21
NOTE #4: on Vehicles with SMART KEY, this wire is located at the DASH FUSE BOX,
(REAR BLACK, 56-PIN PLUG), PIN 55
NOTE #5: on Vehicles with SMART KEY, this wire is located at the DASH FUSE BOX,
(REAR BLACK, 56-PIN PLUG), PIN 16
NOTE #6: on Vehicles with SMART KEY, this wire is located at the DASH FUSE BOX,
(REAR BLACK, 56-PIN PLUG), PIN 7
NOTE #7: to LOCK/ARM, use the ORANGE (TYPE B), and the YELLOW (Open) use both wires,
TEST these wires while turning the KEY in the Drivers Door.
NOTE #8: to UNLOCK/DISARM, use the RED (TYPE B), and the YELLOW (TYPE B) use both wires,
will Require a Double Pulse. TEST these wires while turning the KEY in the Drivers Door.
NOTE #9: TEST this wire while Opening the TAILGATE with the Handle on the REAR of the Vehicle.
NOTE #10: When using the TACH wire, use Any wire NOT ORANGE (V6 Engine) and Any wire NOT
WHITE/BLACK (V8 Engine) both test (AC)
NOTE #11: the DDM, (Drivers Door Module) is located in the Drivers Door.
NOTE #12: the RAM, (Rear Area Module) is the FUSE BOX located in the LEFT REAR QUARTER
PANEL.
