INFORMATION |
| NOTE *1 the BCM (Body Control Module) is part of the FUSE/RELAY BOX, on the FRONT PASSENGER SIDE of the CENTER CONSOLE, the connectors are: C1-72pin GRAY Plug, C2-72pin GRAY Plug, C3-41pin RED Plug, and C4-68pin LIGHT GRAY Plug.
NOTE *2 the YELLOW (-) STARTER CRANK wire is NOT REQUIRED for REMOTE STARTING, when IGNITION #1 is powered up, and the ACCESSORY wire BROWN (+) loses voltage, the vehicle will automaticlly crank the starter. See DIAGRAM, this diagram requires a part #R30-H, The ACCESSORY wire from the Remote Starter (WHITE/BLACK or BROWN) is not used on this vehicle. If the vehicle still does not crank, you may also need to add the IGNITION 2 DELAY Relay See DIAGRAM
NOTE *3 the DRIVERS DOOR is a GRAY/BLACK (-) PIN 51, the PASSENGER DOOR is a TAN/WHITE (-) PIN 72, the DRIVERS REAR DOOR is a LIGHT BLUE/BLACK (-) PIN 54 and the PASSENGER REAR DOOR is a LIGHT GREEN/BLACK (-) PIN 53. When connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use all (4) DOOR TRIGGER wires and DIODE ISOLATE, to connect, See DIAGRAM
NOTE *4 on the 2.2L engine, use the WHITE or ORANGE wire, on the 3.5L 6-Cylinder engine, use the PURPLE, ORANGE/WHITE or LIGHT BLUE.
NOTE *5 this vehicle uses a 1-Wire DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM that requires a (-)Negative thru a 1500 Ohm Resistor to UNLOCK and a straight (-)Negative to LOCK, some units will also require (2) extra relays Part #R30-H, to connect, See DIAGRAM
NOTE *6 the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is located in front of the BATTERY, on the DRIVERS SIDE FENDER.
