| NOTE #1: When Installing a REMOTE STARTER, you MUST use BOTH Starter #1 and Starter #2
wires. Both wires must be connected to the STARTER/CRANKING Output wire from the
Remote Starter or the vehcile will NOT Remote Start when the Engine is cold.
NOTE #2: It may be necessary to break the PURPLE wire at the HEADLIGHT switch for the
parking lights to turn on.
NOTE #3: the CCM Module is mounted on the FLOORPAN in a protective box, under the carpet
in front of the DRIVER SEAT.
NOTE #4: this vehicle uses a 5-Wire TRUNK/HATCH Release System that will require an extra
Relay part #775, to connect, See DIAGRAM
NOTE #5: AUDI'S TRANSPONDER ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM, for Remote Starting requires part # 791
BYPASS MODULE and an Extra Ignition Key for Operation.
