NOTE *1 On some vehicle with FACTORY ALARM or KEYLESS ENTRY, after the vehicle sets for a few minutes, if you cannot UNLOCK the door with the AFTERMARKET remote control it will be necessary to WAKE UP the GEM Module. See DIAGRAM under DOOR UNLOCK, GEM WAKE UP DIAGRAM. IF the vehicle DOES NOT HAVE a FACTORY KEYLESS ENTRY or FACTORY ALARM it is a 5 Wire Reverse Polarity Door Locking System. NOTE *2 This vehicle has several door trigger wires, the DRIVERS DOOR is a YELLOW/BLACK (-) in the DRIVERS DOOR HARNESS, the REAR DRIVERS DOOR is a LIGHT GREEN/YELLOW (-) in the DRIVERS KICK PANEL, the PASSENGERS DOOR is a GRAY/RED (-) and the PASSENGERS REAR DOOR is a PINK/LIGHT BLUE (-) both are located in the PASSENGERS KICK PANEL. When connecting to an Alarm System use all 4 and DIODE ISOLATE. For DOMELIGHT SUPERVISION use only the DRIVERS DOOR, YELLOW/BLACK (-) in the DRIVERS DOOR HARNESS. See DIAGRAM NOTE *3 The PCM (Power Control Module) is located at the TOP of the FIREWALL towards the PASSENGER side. You can also use any wire at the COIL PACK with a TAN STRIPE.
